Spiritual direction and our formation cohorts are not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical treatment. We are steady companions, not clinicians.

By participating in our gatherings, whether online or in New Haven, you agree to uphold the safety of the space. We do not tolerate abuse, harassment, or the coercion of others. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the table if they cannot honor the dignity of those sitting around it.
